If there would be no distortion, the output waveform would look like a sine wave, but it doesn't!

Why doesn't 3.3k resistance take half open the transistor?

3.3k resistance eliminates distortion, but the app doesn't work correctly.

Its at least beside high distortion a good way to kill loudspeaker, and if not immediate kill then weaken over long the permanent magnet which get constantly a force into one direction
