Push button switch is telegraph key with upright switches where  10 amp car light fuse goes.  Light is directional headlight.  Tests with 32 candlepower light ( 400 Lumens) and wiring to handle car headlights could be used for Morse Code or emergency SOS over 150 miles and no FCC license required.  Two rigs above mounted on 10 X 18 inch board with hardware to swivel or tilt lamp signal and use vehicle battery for power for communication if no cell phone are available.

Signal mirror stops when sun goes down and night is time for electric light telegraph.
