It counts up to spell out the name "Hannah". I intentionally cut off segments to make letter I didn't have. I made this second one just to show my best friend (Hannah) :3 it was a tight squeeze to fit all of this. There is a reset switch at the bottom

Use one of our turbo oscillators and mod leds to avoid convergence problems, you will see your up/down as stop state lets filp the last digit and preview one up and down. So to make it smooth and fast it needs a clock gating to freeze the stop state. Keep it up. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6188589749633024

I have no idea what clock gating is. Im no engineer and i wouldnt consider this a hobby. I need a bit of help?
