This circuit was carried out because my curiousity 😂. This static manchester carry chain using Transmission Gate provides more delay than the NMOS one(the other post), but it has less overshoot when discharging and it also looks like RC discharge more the the other one. I have got all information except power consumption. If you know how to measure it properly, feel free to comment on this post.
