I changed the operational current. Yeah the max current is 3mA operating at full capacity would burn it out, faster at peak hours

90 Ohm is a nice 250Watt heater and check the price for 200V 7mF, higher then a good transformer which is smaller and safer.

Resistor heater in total is 305Watt at correct mains voltage 170Vpeak
