Technically there is no ''atmospheric radiation'' maybe you mean cosmic rays but them are made of elementary particles and athom nucei, practically impossible to convert into electricity. If you mean atmosferic electricity this is another thing, to get enough electricity from it you have to place an antenna 300m high and as much long as possible and all you'll get is a
