Both are directly connected to ground....and try to connect two zener in back to back.....here in ur ckt diode conduct in forward bias and zener in reverse so....the net current is zero and try to conect at least a vg source of 1mv ac/dc.

The ~3V comes from an assumption made by the simulation that a circuit starts energized, so any capacitive load will normally be charged. The diodes have juction capacitance, so at low voltages they act like capacitors. The ~3V is the charge across those capa. Add a large (i.e. 100k) resistor to simulate leakage and it'll work out

Induce noise in the circuit and you get an exponentially increasing voltage at the cathode of diode ...that is if you haven't observed already

No, if you shake it you only disturb the charge, after a short while you simply get the initial conditiona

to leave no air connections. That is basic
