Interesting- I was curious about what effect the other three outputs would have on your flasher here, so I added a switch set to the circuit in order to observe the effect of each one individually. Heh, either it simply never dawned on me before or maybe I never paid close enough attention to it but, after seeing the results of all four outputs I laughed at myself and thought, "No duh Sine, the thing is called a Binary Counter after all so, what'd'ya expect?!". Lol on me... shrug....

I modified it to use pins A and D and added a power switch. Check police car lights in different countries. I think I am in an A/D country.
