Common Base Common Collector

An experiment. Common base can amplify voltage if the output impedance is higher than the input impedance. Common Collector then replicates the voltage at a higher current. Gain: 27.1db @ 10Mhz 7.7db @ 100Mhz Parasitic capacitance interferes with the common collector stage, if I'm not mistaken. As evidence, a base resistor for it reduces its output (and thus total gain) even though it increases the gain of the common base stage.

The combi, common emitter to common base makes sense, but this way around, from low to low impedance, hmmmm

Yeah... it's not as good as a common emitter circuit. I made my "VHF common emitter" circuits to compare with this; they're better.
