Astable multivibrator. To make the circuit work, one of the transistors needs to be off initially. You can put a switch or increase one of the base resistors momentarily.

In the real world one transistor turns on first. In the simulator both transistors come on at the same time and the circuit can't oscillate. If you put a normally open switch across the base and emitter of one of the transistors. Push the button it will momentary disable one of the transistors so the circuit can start oscillating
