Wow, 495 mA to the Leds- they'd be popping like bubble gum. You pretty much have it right except the voltage and current sources are unnecessary. Remove them leaving only the battery and you should be fine. Adjust component values to try and reach around 500mHz to 1Hz. Go check out my flasher circuits if you need an idea of how they work. The one I called SensorPlex is fairly straight forward so you should be able to figure it out.

As Sine_eyed said, remove the current source and the AC source, leaving only the DC source. Then increase the simulation time to around 200 ms/sec and give the tablet a shake to inject some noise to start the oscillation.
