An SR latch made up of two NOR gates, the top input is the SET signal and the bottom input is the RESET signal.
The circuit starts in a NO CHANGE configuration with inputs set to 0 which lights up the bottom red LED.
If the SET signal is turned ON and the RESET signal is turned OFF it turns on the top green LED ON indicating the SET condition.
If the RESET signal is turned ON and the SET signal is turned OFF it turns on the bottom red LED and turns off the top green LED indicating the RESET condition.
If both signals are turned ON it puts the circuit in an invalid state indicated by neither LED lit up.
