@rabidra: In this circuit the Hysteresis of a regular Schmitt-Trigger is manipulated in a way, that it is not symmetrical anymore. This can be useful for example in closed control loop situations, when you need one value to be the Upper hysteresis limit and Lower hysteresis limit at exactly this specific value.
