v source is 1V 1khz and its just 2 paralel LC circuits placed different and the voltage difference between 2 nodes reach 400V? is this resonance?

Amazing. You get an AM wave. I have no idea why AC analysis doesn't work here. Theoretically, you should get a fixed sine voltage of 512V pk but you get an AM waveform. Strange.

It is a resonant circuit, since the cap and inductor match the AC frequency they ring at the source frequency, making an effective AC short to the ground, and scince EC starts the simulation with all initials at 0, that's why you see the voltage buildup from zero to that large amount, in reality your circuit would burn quickly...
