Please tell me is this real .. Is it working in real life.. It's MEMORY The button on top is the input .. And the other one is key to save or not to save the input data.. Open and close the input to see what is happening then turn on the key and repeat the first step .. Do you understand now?? Don't forget to tell me if it's real or not

Not sure if I would call it memory. It looks more like a latch. Memory is usually in the form of flip flops or some sort of disc or tape where the individual bits can be stored and recalled later and or moved around. Memory is usually clocked through. This looks like if you tried to clock it, the information being held would immediately be lost. It's also not constantly displayed and usually doesn't draw any notable amount of current. This ckt would work in real life if your logic component can drive 7 leds which would draw 140 mA. Memory logic gates arent normally meant to drive current, just respond to changes in voltage. Good job though. Keep up the good work.
