Arduino 490 pWM to analog conversion with two low-pass RC filters and a voltage doubler to get a 0-10V analog range. The zener diode could be used to put a hard limit to the signal strength (ex: switching power supply with a variable output voltage controlled by a variable control voltage such as the meanwell RSP-2400-48)
Please be mindfull that this circuit was never tested and that impedance matching is required with whatever application you would like to test it with.
