Debounce the switch contact in arduino with S-R Active Low Latch 

The 1M ohm resistor represent the arduino input pin .

The above configration was the old way of connect the arduino with switch. And it generate bounce effect that it make the arduino behave crazy and out of my code.

The bottom configuration is the one that will elminate any contact bounce.

I made a similar debounce example a while back, but according to @hurtz it "makes no sense"...

Great ..that is wrong . Oppositly it is absolutely very usful . I make a project with arduino and bouncing affect make a headache to me .. but with debouncing the result is much better

Yeah sometimes they are quite necessary. I think he disagreed with my implementation more so than the theory behind it. We all know it works but in simulation, and with EC's logic gates, its difficult to see it working.
