2 transistor NPN PNP oscillator

I've made this in RL hoping for an oscillator, but even though it flashes here, in real life there is no on/off to the LED. Its on steady.

Imo PNP is okay, NPN is reversed

If it's just the flashing LED that you want then shift the timescale to 1s and alter the cap to 47u ?

the thing is i've made this in real life, I'm not getting any blink. Its just a steady LED glow
