An emergency stop circuit.
This is designed for an active low enable signal. If either input switch goes HIGH the output is HIGH, and the controlled device becomes DISABLED.
The green LED indicates when the device is ON and operating normally. The Red LED indicates when the ESTOP is ACTIVE.
