       By using AND gate and OR gate, we can generate squre wave from Ac source then use logic gates as in above circuit.

Just a comment, check out the examples tab for more circuit ideas. Not everything that works on screen can work in real life. An astable multivibrator circuit is more flexible, portable and easier access to parts, Radio Shack. Also www.talkingelectronics.com has inexpensive parts packages to build real life circuits, which they post for free, to test after building it here in EC. You can search by using the magnifying glass and typing your search term. Blinkie, astable, flasher, and so on. Good luck and keep going.
