you can use a mosfet this way around and turn it wont help you. But check this nice library and pickup one realistic MOSFET, a power-mosfet of your choice, and replace it. the default everycircuit mosfet wont work powerful enough for your case here. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5282567524450304

I’ve studied the “libraries” posted on EC and wouldn’t recommend their use as they have too many errors. I would recommend visiting @2ctiby mosfet tuition circuits as they are mathematically accurate and useful for any mosfet project.
