No, BE connections working like normal diode. It should be stay under 1V.

Sorry... But the simulation is ok. You are forcing nearly 260 ma through the base/emitter junction. While that is a diode, it is still resistive and ohms law is still in effect. Look at the collector/emitter current of the first transistor. ;-)

Now I have changed C,B and E resistance to one 1mOhm and base resistor to 100k. Its look much better now. :)
