Simple battery meter using lm324n or similar operational amplifier as a comparator. Trim pots adjust set point for each LED and can be replaced with set value resisters. First OpAmp sets a reference voltage for the 3 filters. Adjust the DC Source Voltage to watch the Leds change states. Enjoy! :)
