1st input = top left
2nd input = top middle
Carry in = top right

greenLED = result
redLED = carry out

If there would be more space you could cascade this circuit to add multiple bits by connecting the "carry out" with the "carry in" of the next adder!
If you have a clue how this might work with even less components let me know in the comments.
