With 5 transistors
I didn't look at anyones circuits ,i was at home and offline when i created this.
For me... It means that i now completely understand how to use transistors.. :-)

Good job! I see that you first made a NOR and then added two more transistors to exclude the 1 1 case, did i guess right? :)
