Well... First I am no hater, second it did not work and I asked why... Additionally, you did not say it is a test scheme, so I was wondering what is going on here...

TheKuli, scheme work, star the simulation and wait few seconds. You will see that capacitor charge fast and then slowly discharge. After in the output potentiometer flow the sinus current with amplitude about 50 uA.
