Pulse Width Modulation using 2 555-timers. Oscillator trigger 555-timer and a PWM 555-timer voltage-controlled by a potentiometer, you can vary the pulse width by adjusting the potentiometer. The LED is just a visual construct for when the period is on. You can change the Frequency by changing RC values on the left most side.
