Your ground is in the wrong place also tune down the generator to 50Hz

And increase capacitor to at least 470uf for better ripple reduction

Cool rectifier, I like it, if you increase the capacitor to 470uf it is more ripple reduction, but it draws and wasts more power.

With the same load it would take about a 150uF capacitor at 50Hz, about a 120uF capacitor at 60Hz, which frequency I usually use.
