Cleaner layout of first experiment. Again, relay on the right operates with full duty cycle control based on the two caps. The right relay would be used to control external devices. The left relay is used for the oscillator only, as it operates in a momentary way, and would not be used for external control. The 48 ohm resistors don't affect oscillator speed, they're just there to prevent arcing the contacts during the sudden cap charging cycle. Optional resistors in the 2k ~ 15k range can be added to the tops of the two caps to +12v to slow the oscillator by around 20%. Also, optional resistors in the same 2k ~ 15k range can be added to the unused relay contacts to ground to speed the oscillator up by around 20%.
