Выделенный синим резистор не ставится, он нужен для оценки КПД. Аналогично с батареей справа. Переменник слева внизу - задание нижнего порога входного напряжения для максимальной мощности с солнечной панели. Макет МРРТ. Делитель слева вверху - установка выходного напряжения. Настроен на 25.9 В. Может быть другим, но >Uвх. На 5 ноге микросхемы стоит TL431, на схему кинул стабилитрон и npn транзистор. Полевик можно (и нужно!) на 30 вольт, с низким напряжением открытия.
