Good day, first remove the 20 mAmp source and connect the led to vcc second put pure dc source of 9 volts and last the trg and thr pin are connected to ground you need to remove this connection and connect those 2 pin to the top of the capacitor. After that it will work also dont don't forget to adjust the time of the circuit to 1 sec.
