Where is your output for transistor or mosfets

Intention is that the output is taken between the two output pins, so the polarity of the output should oscillate. My problem at the moment is getting the output of one chip to trigger the other chip. Still a work in progress. I have added two leds to show the polarity of the outputs and two push buttons to force each state.
