increase voltage of the left most source and see the comparators in action. The resistors on the left set the thresholds: 2.4V, 4.8V, 7.2 and 9.6V.

Good job 👍. In case you don't know, this circuit is used in a Flash ADC. If you put a binary encoder on the 4 outputs, you can convert the analog voltage to a digital number. I made that kind of circuit here if you'd like to take a glance at it: https://everycircuit.com/circuit/4806466994962432
