Very nice power supply, I put it through its paces, the only update that I can suggest is a 1uf capacitor across the output of the potentiometer this helps for loads that draw more than 100mA of current.

It would be worth putting a capacitor in parallel with the zener diodes, this will reduce both ripple and AC noise that the zener diodes would generate in a real circuit.
