Automotive 12v circuit test light, check for positive or negative signals  in any 12v circuit with 1 probe  
Blue light should be a 3v white led, anyhow this indicates the test light is on and also works as work light.,
Green indicates ground signal
Red indicates positive signal

Operation press push buttons to simulate the probe coming in contact with a 12v source. View what it's reading ☺

The 2 diodes seem to make no sence. The circuit also works without them.
