your not 2 far off from a tesla coil LC. but yet rid of the resisters diode and match the L to C value and find the RIGHT frequency and you can easily hit 20v. i have one that hits 40V and 40A with just 1.5v. i would love to tell you every think but im trying to make money off mine.
