Inverter.NOR gate. Transistor Bias Stable Circuit.

All transistor settings are: 
Beta=100,saturation current=2 fA.

For the bias stable circuit change the value of beta and observe that  the collector current and the collector-emitter voltage hardly change demonstrating Q-point stability. However,  the base current changes significantly.
