Check the schematic again, there is a connection missing, the cap at the basis is not just crossing the resistors there is a connection in the original circuit to the voltage divider, right? And change the sim speed to 30us/s cuz you expect a frequency around 32kHz (2x100nF in serie with 0.5mH is resonating at 31.8kHz). Hope this helps.
