Yes, This is a boost converter. The oposite of a buck. And the diode across the coil is wrong. Keep the settings I used for the buck one in frequency and inductivity 20kHz 100uH. And a LED as load is probably also not a good idea for a start, cuz its nonlinear. A simple bulb is better. Still the same problem for the control range of PWM only 50% check my buck proposual again.
