Circuito em que a lâmpada apresenta um pequeno intervalo antes de desligar por completo.
Serve, por exemplo, para ela só apagar após a pessoa ter se retirado do ambiente. Evitando o desconforto de ficar no escuro.

Muito bom seu circuito, so achei estranho usar uma fonte de corrente em serie com o capacitor, isso pode queimala gerando altas tenções se n me engano..
