I have two questions. Why the voltage at the 2 outputs is 6v when no button is been pushed? And how would you make using pmos transistors instead of the bjts. Is for a dc motor,

6V is the potential difference referenced to ground. the motor lines between the fets are in a high impedance and current can't flow anywhere
