My question is how do i know(Ac) voltage from this source

The earth, on EC is just a reference point where all voltagrs and currents are messured with respect to. Similar to the ground of an asciloscope, you can put it anywhere and EC will measur everything with respect to that point. ( it is not the groung or earth as such. I hope this helps.

The peak to peak voltage of the power supply is seen to be 2 volts, the RMS ( or working voltage) value is the peak to peak voltage divided by square root of 2 (=0.7v), it is coincidental in this case that the peak to peak voltage is the same as the divider, the divider is always the square root of 2 IE 1.41414 etc.
