Why the mosfet doesn’t oscilate?

You have your switch basically doing all the switching. We really need a better description of what you are trying to do. (Moving the switch to the gate of our mosfet will help turn the mosfet into a switch but the purpose of the other components comes into question)

Are you trying to create a tank oscillator circuit with the capacitor and inductor that switches the MOSFET on/off?

I suggest searching for "LC Oscillators" in the community circuits. There are some good examples there that might take you a step in the right direction.
