Here is a step up transformer, the circuit shows how a 12v length amplitude waveform with 50hz frequency converted to 220 Vrms 50hz using step up transformer

Get rid off 1k resistor at the input increase 50turns on primary coil 1000(1k)turns on secondary coil drop to 4H from 10H coil coefficient. You should have more realistic results in my opinion.

You are right STIDEA values should be realistic, I support your opinion, maximum turns on primary after getting rid of input resistance is 38 turns, but anyway in reality conversion calculated interm of voltage on both primary and secondary windings. Thank you for compliment
