Feeding back the 1/11 of the output signal into the (-) input of the op-amp removes the crossover distortion. Green signal is the Input into the push-pull stage. The crossover distortion is there to counteract with the distortion of the push-pull stage. The result is the distortion-free final output signal (blue).

It works well down to under 1%, I don't know how it is done, but it seems to work well. (white man's magic.)

This is how a P-regulator works. Set input voltage to 10mV and watch only output on scope, you can still see some crossover distortion. The open loop gain must be much high, but it cant eliminate the distortion completly! There is always a little rest left over.
