2 LED Flash - relays and capacitors

Push Start Button to start the blinking . Hold Stop Button to stop the system. There are 2 relays, 2 LED,  2 capacitors and 4 resistors.

Unfortunately this circuit spikes the leds at 25+ mA at 9v. About 25% too much current and a whole bunch too much voltage. If you are just doing a demo of how a relay can function with a capacitor, fine job. But this is basically an Astable Multivibrator.
