Action of a diode with AC

This shows what happens when you send an AC power source through a diode. A diode conducts only in one direction. It only starts conducting fully above about 600mV, or 700mV. Try altering the voltage of the AC (the Amplitude) and see if you can see the diode starting to conduct properly. Remember µV are micro Volts (a millionth of a volt).
