Sequential turn signal with off state using JK Flip Flops. Similar to what is on the new Ford Mustangs and the old Thunderbirds and Mercury Capri's. 

Toggle top logic switch between one and zero for on and off. Toggle SPDT to choose which direction to signal. A lot more states can be added for flashing your hazard lights etc.
