Update-now relay is responding to the position NO and NC.... I have replaced the dummy scr with a transistor. Relay will trip to NC and start charging on it own. Now I will Need to figure out how to trip it to NO when battery or capacitor bank is full of charge.
Bugged relay...still fixing it. All but scr and relay is working properly with custom values.
I finally hammered out rectifier issues and is now doing what I expected. 170V AC is RMS as 120V at 60Hz. It should be using 2amp transformer as 220V to 12V. About 220:22.
Problem started when relay refused to switch back to NO after fully charged capacitor.
Anyway if you noticed two transistors together near on bottom and left of circuit connected to a ground next to 10nF capacitor, that would be EC103D scr diode. I need to make it so EC can recognise it as dummy scr. A diode will not changes anything.
To improve my understanding, I had to set up spdt to a Farad capacitor and to a 12V battery. It will not help any way until relay is fixed first.
