Im using a shift register with AND gates to delete the last bit and power a single LED at time (not 1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4 etc...). The 2 OR gates connected to the NOT gate are a 4 inputs NOR gate used to auto start the circuit. So, it only needs power and clock input.
Does anyone knows a simplest circuit to alternates LED circle (like XBOX loading) with a pulse?? Thank u ~
